Overview
This Refund Policy governs all monetary transactions on the CreatorsBay platform, including campaign budgets, wallet deposits, and withdrawal requests. We aim to be transparent and fair in all financial dealings between Brands, Creators, and the Platform.
Wallet Deposits
Deposit Approval
- Wallet deposits are reviewed and credited within 24 hours of successful payment verification.
- If a deposit fails or is declined by your bank/payment provider, no amount is charged and no refund is necessary.
Deposit Refunds
- Deposits to your CreatorsBay wallet may be refunded within 7 days of the deposit date, provided the funds have not been used toward an active campaign.
- To request a deposit refund, submit a support ticket with your transaction ID and reason for refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Platform processing fees (if any) charged at the time of deposit are non-refundable.
Campaign Budgets
Pre-Launch Campaigns
- If a campaign is cancelled by the Brand before it is approved and made live, the full campaign budget is returned to the Brand's wallet.
- Campaign approval fees charged for platform review are non-refundable once payment is processed.
Live Campaigns
- Once a campaign is live and creators have been accepted or have begun work, the campaign budget is considered committed.
- Partial refunds may be issued for the portion of the budget not yet assigned to accepted creator participations, at CreatorsBay's discretion.
- No refunds are issued for campaign fees where creator deliverables have been approved by the Brand.
Creator Earnings
- Earnings credited to a Creator's wallet after Brand approval of deliverables are final and non-reversible, except in cases of proven fraud.
- If a Brand successfully disputes a deliverable and CreatorsBay rules in the Brand's favour, the credited earnings may be reversed from the Creator's wallet.
Withdrawal Requests
- Once a withdrawal request is submitted and approved, it cannot be cancelled or reversed after processing has begun.
- If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank details provided by the user, the amount will be returned to the wallet. The user is responsible for verifying bank details before submitting a withdrawal.
- CreatorsBay is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries or payment gateway processing times.
Dispute-Based Refunds
When a formal dispute is raised:
- Funds related to the disputed campaign are held in escrow while the investigation is ongoing.
- Upon resolution, funds are distributed per CreatorsBay's binding decision (see our Terms of Service for dispute process details).
- If ruled in the Brand's favour, the contested amount is returned to the Brand's wallet.
- If ruled in the Creator's favour, the contested amount is released to the Creator's wallet.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Campaign approval and listing fees.
- Platform service fees deducted from transactions.
- Creator earnings for fully approved and delivered campaigns.
- Subscription fees (if applicable to any future tier plans).
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your CreatorsBay account.
- Navigate to Support → Open Ticket.
- Select "Refund Request" as the ticket category.
- Provide your transaction ID, the amount, and the reason for your request.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
